The national topping for bubble tea and other drinks that cannot be missed is "Pudding". Not only is it loved for its delicious, soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture, pudding also has a bouncy consistency that allows for many cute shapes.
Pudding is extremely easy to make, and it sets quickly, unlike toppings such as agar-agar or flan, which require a longer setting time.
Onici's pudding comes in a variety of 5 flavors:
- Egg Pudding
- Strawberry Pudding
- Chocolate Pudding
- Matcha Pudding
- Taro Pudding
* Instructions for use: (100g pudding)
- Step 1: Mix the pudding powder with sugar in a 1:1 ratio, meaning 100g of pudding powder mixed with 100g of sugar (the amount of sugar can be adjusted to taste).
- Step 2: Add 1 liter of water (or about 800ml for a firmer consistency) to a pot and bring to a boil. Next, add the mixed flour from step 1 to the pot, stir well for about 4 minutes, then turn off the heat.
- Step 3: Pour this mixture into a pudding mold, or a mold of your choice.
- Step 4: Once the pudding has cooled, refrigerate it until it is completely set, then serve and enjoy.
To make 500g of pudding, scale up the recipe proportionally.
* Finished product:
- 100g serving: 800ml - 1 liter of pudding mixture
- 500g serving: 5 liters of pudding mixture
Depending on the size of the mold, the family will get a lot or a little finished product.
* Storage instructions:
- Storing ingredients before cooking: Store pudding powder in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Storing the finished product after cooking:
+ After cooking, pour into a mold, let cool, and then refrigerate.
+ Best consumed within 2-3 days
Best before: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
