Shipping policy

Order Processing: <24 hours after you place your order.

Shipping Time:

• Products labeled "Local", "Ships from: AR, US" will be shipped with 24hours, and expected to be delivered within 2-6 days.

• For other items, tracking information will be available and the item will be shipped within 5-8 days.

• Expected to be delivered within 2-6 days after that.
  

The shipping process will be updated accurately with tracking on the Order Status page and in the customer's personal account!

Vietshop will offer a $5 store credit for any orders that are delivered later than expected.
